The design of the table allows the probe station to be supported on the vibration isolated surface while the light tight enclosure is mounted on the rigid surface of the table’s guard rails.  The assembly offers the advantage of not disturbing the floating vibration isolated surface when the LTE doors are opened. It also allows for an easier installation as well as removal of the probe station itself.
