While the holders accept any Model 7 point, they are best used with high compliance points such as Models 7Fand 7S.

The popular Model 79 probe holder comes in either coaxial or triaxial versions with Kelvin force and sense and single wire configurations.  The coaxial version is designed for high frequency and low level signal testing and our triaxial model is optimized for low current. 

The Model 72 is designed to work with all Micromanipulator manipulators and 7-series tips that can be ordered separately.  The probe holder is bendable to accommodate custom setup needs and designed for general purpose DC measurement and bias, and is ideal for use with probe cards or application boards.
