Currently our website list a factory refurbished 350PM Micromanipulator Probe Station that is designed and manufactured with the utmost care and precision in the trusted Micromanipulator tradition.  The 350PM offers system users a powerful, economical probe station with outstanding flexibility. Also we have interchangeable vacuum pedestal stage assemblies available to facilitate probing up to 150mm (6”) wafers, up to 100 x 100mm (4”x 4”) hybrid substrates and packaged delidded devices.  The wafer probe features a vacuum stabilized chuck removable to open stage; coarse and fine platen Z-control and a compound microscope among others. 

Our other factory refurbished model is the 6200 Micromanipulator Wafer Probe Station that features a permanently planarized stage & vacuum chuck; coarse & fine stage translation controls X & Y; fine & fast lift platen controls in Z; independent microscope lift; and compound microscope.  Designed for ease of use and the stability and precision you would expect from a Micromanipulator product, the 6200 series is the most widely used probe station from any manufacturer and is an excellent foundation to build your probing system on.  Please visit our website for more information on both of these great deals or to talk to our engineers about any other needs.
