Now you can buy a range of products including our Mechatronics preconfigured probe stations, to probe holders, probe tips, and patch cords. 

Additionally you can buy online one of our non-rectilinear motion manipulators designed to seamlessly integrate with our Mechatronic ACE or Micromanipulator probe stations. The manipulator provides a mini-arc motion and is recommended for probing geometries >10 microns. Offered in a choice of right-hand or left-hand vacuum bases or magnetic bases, the manipulator’s XYZ controls are forward facing when placed on the corresponding side of probing setup. It comes with a 32 T.P.I XYZ drive, and requires customer supplied vacuum. Please be sure to order a probe holder from our large selection. 

If you would like a rectilinear motion manipulator, we have two offerings. The 425 Manipulator provides true linear motion and is recommended for probing < 1-micron targets. It too has a choice of vacuum or magnetic bases and comes with a 100 TPI XYZ drive. Our 525 / 2525 Manipulators with Adjustable Nose Piece not only offers true linear motion but the Quick Z feature. It is also recommended for probing < 1-micron targets and offers a choice of vacuum or magnetic base in left or right-hand models.
