If you need the world’s most versatile probe station, take a look at our patented model 2210-LS Application Board Probe Station.  It has been specifically designed to migrate wafer level probe capability to the test board level in order to assist with post tape-out product testing.  The upgradeable prober supports temperature ranges from -40C to 125C and can probe wafers up to 300mm. The 2210 is equipped with: an integrated vibration isolation base platform, microscope system of your choice, large translation manual microscope motion with precise fine motion, and two independent, moveable platens.  You also have a choice of manipulators (we offer up to ten options), as well as a choice of probe holders and tips. 

If your needs can be met with a more economical model, we recommend taking a look at our manual 450PM 8” wafer probe station.  It is designed to grow with your application and offers industry leading upgradeability options. The 450PM is designed to probe wafers from 150mm-200mm, and configurable for DC, RF, Microwave, and High Power applications.
