is our high-quality customizable probe tips in the 7B Series as well as the overall
shorter length of the 7G Series.
Our 7B Series has a Tungsten tip for
general purpose probing along with a bendable shank and tip. We offer a choice of point radiuses from 1.0um
point taper length, all the way to a 200.0um point taper length. The tips come 10 per box and we have gold
plated tungsten and tungsten versions available. We include a description of
each tip such as the 50G, which has a tip diameter prior to sharpening: .020”
Point radius: 50.0um Point taper length: .080” Included angle: 11-deg Overall
length: 1.4". The tip can be
trimmed as needed. The shank diameter is
.020” and available in gold plated Tungsten.
Micromanipulator’s customizable 7G
Series tips are also for general purpose probing and offer a bendable shank and
tip. As stated it is just like the 7B Series
but with a shorter overall length. It
also comes 10 tips to a box with a choice of point radius from 1.0um point
taper length to 200.0um point taper length and in gold plating variations. On our website you will find a detailed diagram
of the 7B and the 7G that shows the various parts of the tip.
