One example of our brand new line is the Mechatronics ACE Binocular Scope probe station that supports 3” to 6” (75-150mm) wafers (small pieces with Vac Puc accessory).   Featuring a binocular stereo zoom microscope, the ACE probe station’s specifications include a 6″ (150mm) x 6″ (150mm) X, Y, Quick 90 degree theta rotation detent with ergonomically controls located outside the station platen footprint.   The probe station is nickel plated and fixed and supports up to 10 magnetic or vacuum base manipulators.
