We Recently Delivered a Number of Large Chamber Model 2210-LS Probe Stations

Micromanipulator recently delivered multiple units of our exclusive large chamber Model 2210-LS application board probe stations to a major USA based semiconductor manufacturer. Featuring -40C to 125C temperature capabilities, the manufacturer intends to use the world’s first true system level probe stations in multiple locations across the globe.

While it was just introduced a few years ago, Micromanipulator’s patent-pending 2210-LS has already been quick to gain worldwide recognition as the most versatile, flexible probe station available on the market today. Originally designed as a temperature capable application/evaluation/development board probe station, it allows users to probe decapsulated IC’s mounted on boards at both low and high temperatures that range from -40C to 125C, frost free. 

With the introduction of the revolutionary 2210-LS, users are given temperature stress capabilities at both the wafer level as well as at the board level. Furthermore Micromanipulator’s team has continued to advance the application board/probe station’s capabilities so they now cover automotive temperature requirements for board probing and board mounted decapsulated IC probing. In addition to providing a large vibration isolated open stage, our board level probe station probes wafers up to 300mm.
