The wafer size for the 4060 manual station is 6-8” (150-200mm), and combines the value of efficient use with consistently accurate electrical and mechanical performances.   Users have the benefit of available configurations that include an independent microscope lift and lock lever assembly and a platen lift with adjustable microscope lift delay.  The model also has an integrated dark-dry environment to support low temperature probing applications.

High-tech Probe Holders

Along with Micromanipulator’s comprehensive selection of probe stations, we also design, test and manufacture an exceptional line-up of consumable accessories.  You will find our wide range of probe holders is appropriate for almost any test requirement.  Engineered to meet measurement equipment interface requirements, application and budget demands as well as personal preferences, our probe holders come with pin jack, spring load, or set screw tip insertion.

If you prefer a probe holder with a probe tip built in, you can find one at Micromanipulator.  Our Model 44 is a good example of a probe holder and tip in a single unit and is ideal for high frequency, low level signal testing or cutting.  Not only is it an economical choice, but by offering so many options, it is almost a custom probe.   Model 44 has a frequency range from DC to 3 GHz and is an excellent choice for the most common microwave tests. 

You will find Kelvin versions available in the Model 44 along with a choice of single tip and two tip varieties.  The holder also comes with a small access hole in the bottom of the body in order to connect a small chip resistor that can be installed in series or parallel, attenuating or terminating. 

Some of our other probe holders include the Model 72, which has a general purpose DC measurement and bias, and is bendable to accommodate custom setup needs.  This model is perfect for use with probe cards or application boards.  The Model 75 is both a general purpose DC measurement and bias.  Our Model 79 is available in a coaxial and triaxial version.  Please see our website for more information on all of our probe tips and holders.
