In addition to Micromanipulator’s exceptional wafer probes, we also design and manufacture a broad selection of high-quality needle probes.  These probe tips are expertly designed to be easily replaced and eliminate any downtime spent re-sharpening a probe.  Our various probe tips are sold through our online store and most come in boxes of ten.  

Our specialty includes manufacturing tips suitable for general probing; low resistance; high power; sub-micron targets; compliant, thermal applications; delicate target or surface; cutting and more.  This means you will find one that meets your measurement equipment interface requirements and application demands as well as your personal preferences. 

Micromanipulator’s needle probes come in a variety of fine-tipped, gold plated and/or general purpose models.  Moreover many of our tips can be used for small targets and come with or without a ‘C’ bend, and/or are heavy duty, low compact resistance, and more.  Also they are made with quality materials such as Tungsten, Tungsten Carbide wire, Beryllium Copper or Dumet wire, and are designed to address most probing applications.
