These include Video Positioning and Snap Alignment, Die to Die and In-Die stepping, and a prober interface that can emulate other station commands. The Navigator module provides users with complete inter-active navigation control of stage, platen, theta and microscope. The Wafer Map module offers programming as well as step and repeat functions. It has complete edit functions that include a choice of coordinate orientation, and stepping through the Wafer Map can be triggered by the software or through an external trigger pulse. 

The Memory module stores locations by coordinates or with the find and save function, and the Memory List lets you move to a location with a simple click or programmability in order to step through all listed locations. The Navigation and setup functions are accessible through the touch-screen, and the data entry is simplified with a pop-up keypad that appears as needed.
