Ask About Special Packaged Discounts on Mechatronics

The Micromanipulator Company has always been quick to respond to the varying needs of our customers.  One of those moves was to introduce our Mechatronics brand a few years ago as a way to answer the needs of those who do not require the most cutting-edge tools but rather looking for a reliable, low-cost probe station for basic probing applications.  We think Mechatronics ACE does just that as it not only leverages the extensive expertise of the Micromanipulator brand but ideally meets many of our customers’ research and budget needs.

The ACE is sold in discounted pre-configured packages that include single wire, coaxial and triaxial configurations.  Its footprint is compact at just 22” wide by 24” in depth and weighs in at a solid 150lbs with vibration dampening feet that ensures the best isolation in its class.  With stage controls on the station exterior to avoid the probes and your test, its stage is vacuum stabilized and platen has space for 10 manipulators.

Some of the accessories for the Mechatronics ACE prober include a choice of a left or right magnetic based manipulator / probe positioner; and a trinocular scope with a magnification range of 10.5X-67.5X and an LED ring light with intensity control.  We also offer a solid brass probe holder with 4″ malleable center section, and ACE cameras designed for seamless integration.  And don’t forget about our probe tips available with a bendable shank and tip that are ideal for general purpose probing.

ACE probe stations are competitively priced and in stock for fast delivery.  In addition please contact us to learn about Specially-priced Package Discounts on our Mechatronics probe stations.  Please visit our website to learn more; and we look forward to finding you the best products for your needs.

Looking for the Lowest Cost on Quality Probe Tips?

At The Micromanipulator Company, we know that probe tips are a common consumable necessary for the analytical probing of many products, which is why we design our tips to meet virtually any test specification.  As Micromanipulator’s tips are used in Failure Analysis, Product Development, and Research Departments, we want to reward our customers with a great deal when they buy in bulk.  However our unique promotional plan allows you to avail yourself of the same great discount whether you receive your probe tips all at once or buy as needed throughout the year.

To get an idea of how many tips you buy each year, we suggest you search your records for past purchases of probe tips, probe needles, or probe pins to see what kind of savings your company would realize by consolidating these purchases.  Then it is up to you to either buy them in bulk or to simply submit a blanket purchase order that covers a one-year term and order smaller quantities throughout the year at the discounted price.

One of our most popular choices is the Tungsten Model 7B designed for general probing purposes.  Made from a single piece of tungsten wire, it has a 20mil (05mm) diameter and an overall length of 1.4 inch (35.5mm).  It is also available in gold plating as well as a larger tip radius.  Since the probe tip is made from pure tungsten, which is relatively hard and stiff, and therefore not easy to cut or bend, we recommend ordering the 7G if you require a shorter probe.  Standard price for the 7B is $105 for a box of ten probe tips.  Once you commit to a bulk order, your price goes down to $75 for 25+ boxes to as low as $60 for an order of 100 boxes or more.  The following type of discounts is available with our other models including the 7A, 7S, 7X, 7H and more.

To learn more about our program, we encourage you to contact us by phone or use our email links on our website.  For more than 60+ years, we have used our extensive expertise to provide customers the products they need to succeed.  We look forward to hearing from you.
