By marrying the probe station to an application board, benefits include high magnification imaging, high resolution probe placement and temperature capability.  Its flexible design allows you to customize your station for most any analytical probing scenario such as double-sided probing, magnetic stimulation and atmospheric as well as high voltage and high frequency.  

The 2210’s two stainless steel platens glide easily toward your sample and are simply locked into place during testing.  Along with accommodating vacuum or magnetic probe positioners, it offers easy access to cable connectors for ideal data acquisition.  The built-in vibration isolation ensures your data is not wrongly influenced.  

Users will also appreciate the intuitive sample window that lets you change your test area while maintaining the dark and dry environment even while testing below ambient.   The microscope has the same ease of movement as it travels the entire sample area.  Moreover if you need dual sided visualizing and probing, just ask and we can help you.
