Customize Your Probe Station with Innovative Accessories & Consumables

Wafer Probe Station

As a system user, we support your success by designing analytical tools that give you exceptional choices in setting up the optimal wafer probe station.   The Micromanipulator Company is one of the leading global probe manufacturers and has a long history of providing the semiconductor industry with both high-tech tools and support.

We design our tools based the current as well as the future needs of our customers by staying one step ahead of the fast-moving industry.  Not only are Micromanipulator’s tools reliable, but they also come with outstanding service, which gives our customers confidence when they purchase our products.  Moreover when we say we have all of the accessories and consumables to address your needs, we mean it! This includes a range of choices in high-quality thermal chucks, microscopes, vibration isolation, light and noise shields, a selection of manipulators, DC and RF measurement hardware, probe card holders, and camera systems.

For example, we offer a Vibration Isolated Station with Rigid Mount Light Tight Enclosure.  This allows the user to support the wafer probe on a vibration isolated surface with the light tight enclosure mounted on the rigid surface of the vibration isolation table guard rails.  The advantage of this system is that the floating vibration isolated surface is not disturbed when the LTE doors are opened. In addition it offers easy installation and removal of the probe station.

Other smart accessories include a line of exclusive thermal chucks such as our series H100 that offer the best planarity, lowest noise, and lowest cost of ownership on the market.  Moreover do not underestimate the benefits of Micromanipulator’s “Full Life-cycle Support” that begins in concept, and continues through production to maintaining your system.   We direct you to our website for contact information as well as details on our full line of wafer probes, accessories and consumables.   If you do not see the information you need, please give us a call and our engineers will get back to you.

At Micromanipulator, we not only invented analytical probing in 1956 but are still the top name in the field.  As such we reliably deliver the tools and life cycle support the semiconductor industry depends on. A key part of our company’s philosophy and what drives our success is an unfaltering commitment to customers’ satisfaction.  Please contact us to learn more about our wide range of wafer probe stations and accessories.
