Micromanipulator’s probe holders also range in costs to meet every budget and are available with pin jack, spring load, or set screw tip insertions in single wire models as well as coaxial, triaxial, coplanar, certified triax or Kelvin configurations.  Models 75-79 High Attack Angle Probe Holders are specifically designed for hot stage probing and other applications where thermal expansion or vibration may make probing difficult. While the holders accept any Model 7 point, they are best used with high compliance points such as Models 7Fand 7S.

The popular Model 79 probe holder comes in either coaxial or triaxial versions with Kelvin force and sense and single wire configurations.  The coaxial version is designed for high frequency and low level signal testing and our triaxial model is optimized for low current.
