At Micromanipulator we proudly design, engineer and manufacture analytical probing equipment for design verification, device modeling and characterization, design and FA, process verification, and quality control for the semi-conductor industry.  Now, we have just launched an ecommerce website that makes it easy for our customers to buy the best selection of high-quality consumables and accessories on the market today directly from the manufacturer.

Currently our online store has seventeen probe holders for sale that addresses applications including general purpose DC characterization, high speed, wide bandwidth, and low current and high power. As we have been in the industry for over 60 years, our products are precisely designed to meet not only our customers’ personal preferences but measurement equipment interface requirements and application demands.  Our probe holders also range in costs to help meet every budget.

Micromanipulator’s probe holders are available with pin jack, spring load, or set screw tip insertions in single wire models as well as coaxial, triaxial, coplanar, certified triax or Kelvin configurations.  One example of our exceptional probe holders is the popular Model 79, which comes in a choice of coaxial, triaxial, or Kelvin (single point dual wire) as well as the option of standard attack angle or on-axis probe clamps. In addition you can select a Model 79 for standard temperature or high temperature applications.

Our Model 72 is designed to work with all Micromanipulator manipulators and 7-series tips that can be ordered separately.  The holder’s lead wire terminates in a circular eye connector with an approximately 1/16 inch (1.6mm) hole for connection to measurement instruments.  Furthermore, customers can shape the probe holder as needed as it has a malleable body.  Users choose from a 1” - 4” body lengths (call or email us if you need another length).

At Micromanipulator, we not only invented analytical probing in 1956 but are still the top name in the field.  From concept, to production, right through to maintenance, our exclusive Full Life-Cycle Support guarantees customers’ success with our high-tech tools.  Please visit our new ecommerce site to see all of the products we have available.
