One example of Micromanipulator’s high frequency probe holders is the Model PP40A that offers a bandwidth of DC-40GHz.  Specifications of the PP40A include any pitch from 50 to 2540 microns and an insertion loss rate of less than 0.8 db.  It also offers a return loss greater than 18 db and measurement repeatability better than -80db.  To meet your needs, the probe holder is available in standard or dual differential configurations.   

Our Model PP50 WR22 has a bandwidth of 33-50 GHz and an insertion loss of 1.0 db max.  The return loss rate is 15 db max and a measurement repeatability of -55 db.  It is available with and without a bias T.
