The design of our 450PM is built on that of our very popular Model 4060, and given its application coverage and flexibility options, it is not surprising that it has become one of the most requested probe station for budget-conscious testing labs across the globe.  Upgrade options for the 450PM include thermal chuck systems for ambient to 400c and high resolution optic and optics positioning.  In addition the prober is upgraded to efficiency enablers and its probe card hardware.
