Consumables Designed by the Experts

Manual Probe Station

The Micromanipulator Company is pleased to offer our customers not only the best line-up of premium wafer probe stations but one of the most comprehensive selections of consumables on the market.  This range of products allows you to outfit your new probe station to suit both your personal preferences and application or equipment interface requirements as well as stay within budget.

As we have been in the industry for over 60 years, we have learned a thing or two about analytical probing; and right from the start, we have listened closely to our customers in order to develop products that meet their needs.  To ensure optimal performance of our equipment, our consumables include a wide selection of probe holders such as active probe holders and high frequency probe holders as well as ones with integrated tips.  We also carry probe tips in a range of materials and sizes.

Our Model 72 Series Probe Holders have a malleable 1-4” shaft and a set screw probe tip holder.  They are designed to work with all Micromanipulator manipulators (order separately) and 7-series tips, which are also sold separately.  The 72 series’ lead wire terminates in a circular eye connector with an approximately 1/16 inch (1.6mm) hole for connection to measurement instruments.  The malleable shaft lets you shape it as needed. If you need another length other than the 1 to 4” size available on online, please email us.

Our 79 Series Coaxial Probe Holders are a coaxially shielded probe holder, which is ideal for measurements of high frequency or low level signals.  They offer a 30″ long signal wire with male coaxial connector for connection to measurement instruments and come in total body lengths of 1-7/8” or 3-1/8”.

Micromanipulator’s 79-6000-TD-03 Kelvin Triaxial Probe Holders have a two tubular body construction that is perfect for applications where platen space is at a premium and contact space is difficult or limited.  The probe holder’s single point eliminates the problem of planarity and contact uniformity as well as the need and expense of two probe holders and two manipulators. Please see our website for more information on our full line of probe holders and probe tips

At Micromanipulator, we not only invented analytical probing in 1956 but are still the top name in the field.  As such we reliably deliver the tools and life cycle support the semiconductor industry depends on. A key part of our company’s philosophy and what drives our success is an unfaltering commitment to customers’ satisfaction.  Please contact us to find out more about our exceptional selection of wafer probe stations, accessories and consumables.
