High-quality Probe Station for Hot/Cold Applications

Manual Probe Station

At the Micromanipulator Company, we have always prided ourselves on providing customers with the best tools for virtually any application and that includes probe stations for hot/cold applications.  In fact our inventory includes eight, high-quality models designed for the job starting from our premium 2210-LS Application Board Probe Station capable of probing wafers up to 300mm to our best value, the P200L Semi-Automatic Probe Station.

Configurable from -65C to 400C, the high-performance, cost-effective Model P200L is a 200mm semiautomatic wafer prober that includes standard features such as single-point ground and integrated thermal chuck plumbing. Along with affordability, the P200L is built for reliability and precision, and has leadscrew – leadnut stage and platen drives as well as a stainless steel platen with a removable front wedge.  It also offers a high stability microscope bridge, which supports all high resolution long-working distance microscopes. It can be incrementally upgraded and is probe card compatible.

In addition to being configurable for DC, RF, Microwave, and High Power applications, the P200L offers customizable options for two popular host control methods.  Choices include: direct to the standard non-Windows based controller, or direct to the optional NetProbe 7 software, which unleashes the power of an included wafer map, integrated video, theta alignment, sub-die, and pattern recognition.  You also have a choice of drivers available from popular testers companies such as Keysight, Keithley, and LabVIEW.

Our P300L 300mm semiautomatic wafer prober has most of the same features and is configurable from -55C to 300C. It too is low current ready, and built with your application and budget in mind.   To learn more about all of our hot/cold probing options, please visit our website.
