Examples of our exclusive Micromanipulator products include the H1000 Series Thermal Chuck Systems that support wafer testing from -65 to 400C. These innovative chucks are available with a choice of heating power supply including a fast AC model for those who do not require a femtoamp level. Our DC choice is perfect for applications that need to achieve the very lowest level measurements. In addition our hot chucks support 150 to 300 mm wafer in coaxial or triaxial configurations. 

Another area where Micromanipulator excels is in our probe positioners / manipulators, which are designed to not only meet your application demands but personal preference and budget. Available in manual, motorized or programmable versions, Micromanipulator’s probe positioners are stabilized by a vacuum or magnetic base and used to support a probe holder. We pride ourselves on offering the market’s highest stability with features that include ergonomic designs and direct leadscrew lead nut drives. Also in order for other probe holder shank widths to be firmly attached to the manipulator, collet and collet shaft are used. For your convenience we include a collect shaft with our manipulators and applicable collets are included with our probe holders.
