At present, our online store offers a selection of probe holders that address a variety of applications ranging from general purpose DC characterization, high speed, wide bandwidth, to low current and high power. Our probe holders also vary in costs to meet every budget, and feature pin jack, spring load, or set screw tip insertions in single wire models. We offer a variety of coaxial, triaxial, coplanar, certified triax or Kelvin configurations.
One popular choice is the 72 Series that works with any of our manipulators as well as our 7-series tips that can be ordered separately. The holder’s lead wire terminates in a circular eye connector with an approximately 1/16 inch (1.6mm) hole for connection to measurement instruments. The malleable body allows you to shape the probe holder as needed and comes with a choice of body lengths from 1 - 4 inches. Please email us if you need another length.
You can also purchase one of our probe positioners through our online store. Ranging in features and cost, options include our 425 Model, which is recommended for probing < 1-micron targets. It has a compact footprint, left/right neutral controls at the rear of the manipulator and a choice of vacuum or magnetic base.
