Our Picoprobe® series probe holders are manufactured by GGB Industries, Inc. and designed for probing applications of very high frequency (> 3GHz or microwave), low capacitive, and loading or high input impedance probing. Models available in GGB’s picoprobes include the T-4 Series Tungsten and the ST-Series Solid Tungsten, with our most popular models being the PP12C; the PP18 and the PP34. We do recommend using a Micromanipulator’s WAVE100 or WAVE200 RF/Microwave style probe positioner equipped with the appropriate probe link arms and cables when using our microwave probe heads.
Along with our picoprobes, our accessories include a full line of probe tips, probe positioners, thermal chucks, probe card holders and more. Also our probe stations are available in Specialty, Semi-automatic, High-performance, General-purpose Manual, and Economy Manual models. Together, Micromanipulator products meet the needs of most wafer testing applications including general purpose DC characterization, high speed, wide bandwidth, and low current and high power.
