High-quality Consumables for Your Probe Station

At Micromanipulator, customers not only have the best line-up of premium probe stations to choose from but will also find one of the most comprehensive selections of well-designed accessories and consumables on the market.  With a broad range of options, you can outfit a probe station to suit both your personal preferences and application requirements. Our products make it easy to meet measurement equipment interface requirements and stay within budget.

With our close to 60 years in the industry, it has taught us a thing or two about analytical probing.  We work closely with our customers and listen to their needs so we may continue to develop products that meet the needs of the industry.  Our excellent line of consumables includes probe holders, active probe holders, high frequency probe holders and probe tips.

Micromanipulator’s probe holders are available for applications that range from general purpose DC characterization, high speed and wide bandwidth to low current and high power requirements.  Many of our products are a result of our customers’ input and specific needs, and if we do not already made what you need, we can customize one for you.

One of our more popular high speed, active probe holders is our Model PP-12C High Input Impedance.  The probe holder offers DC to 500 Mhz, 1 Megohm/0.1pF; and input capacitance of 0.1pf and an input resistance of 1.0 megohm.  The voltage range is -10 to +20V* with a bandwidth of dc to 500 MHz.

In our line of high frequency probe holders, our broad assortment includes the Model PP40A (BW DC-40GHz) that offers any pitch from 50 to 2540 microns to the Model PP67A (BWDC-67GHz) that provides any pitch from 50 to 1250 microns.  Several of our models are available in standard or dual differential configurations as well as with and without bias T.  Be sure to check out our website to see all of our options along with our complete line-up of quality probe stations.

Micromanipulator not only invented analytical probing in 1956 but we remain the top name in the field. Part of our company’s philosophy and what drives our success is an unfaltering commitment to our customers’ satisfaction. With a worldwide network of service support engineers, we provide system level support to keep you operating at maximum performance.
