Looking for the Best Deal in a Semi-Automatic Probe Station?

Micromanipulator understands that customers are looking for performance as well as value when deciding what probe station to purchase.  This is why we are pleased to offer the industry the highest performance 200mm semi-automatic probe station on the market today.

The P200A is ideal for low current, sub-micron positioning applications and is designed to provide a very stable, intuitive, and versatile semi-automatic performance.  Loaded with standard features such as a single-point ground, dry/dark environment, and integrated thermal chuck plumbing, the P200A offers both reliability as well as precision.  As a system user, you will appreciate the closed-loop operation with massive stage and platen drives, a robust chuck mount and a harmonic theta drive.

If programmability is not one of your requirements, the P200A’s joystick control provides the user with a quick and easy method of operation.  Our joystick will intuitively operate the station stage, platen (Z), and theta as well as the microscope’s X-Y and Z drives locally to the probe station hardware.

Another highlight of the machine is the fact that it uses Micromanipulator’s proprietary prober control software, netProbeTM.  Here you will have available Navigator, Inter-active Video, Memory List, Wafer Map and Setup modules that provide you with full functionality and offer a high level of features.  Also included in the library are Video Positioning and Snap Alignment, Die to Die and In-Die stepping and a wealth of other prober interfaces for popular parametric test programs.

With comprehensive accessory support and field upgradeable hot and cold thermal chucks, Micromanipulator’s customers have found the P200A to be their station of choice for a high performance, full capability 200mm semi-automatic probe station.  Please contact us for more information regarding the P200A along with all of our other models.

At Micromanipulator, we not only invented analytical probing in 1956 but are still the top name in the field.  As such we reliably deliver the tools and life cycle support the semiconductor industry depends on.  A key part of our company’s philosophy and what drives our success is an unfaltering commitment to customers’ satisfaction.
