In addition Micromanipulator is proud of the fact that we were the first to pioneer the integration of thermal chucks with probe stations.  Today, we continue those advancements by designing and manufacturing wafer chucks that offer the broadest temperature range and the most advanced, non-operator dependent performance in the industry.
