Meeting the needs of many applications, the design is based on our popular Model 4060 probe station and provides extensive application coverage and flexible options.  The cost-efficient, economical 450PM is fast becoming the probe station of choice for many cost-conscience test labs around the world.

Another of our General Performance Manual stations is the 450PM-MW (150-200mm), which offers a compound microscope.  The exceptional 450PM-HR (150-200mm) model offers the lowest cost of ownership in a high resolution optics probe station from a name you know and trust.  All of Micromanipulator’s 450PM models have open flexible designs that incorporate precise, dependable mechanics and are extremely stable.  Popular options available for the stations include a range of accessories such as probe card holders, thermal chucks, manipulators, camera systems, vibration isolation tables, and unique probe holders.

The other selection from our line-up of General Performance Manual stations is the 4060 (150-200mm),   This field upgradeable model offers Micromanipulator’s customers a price-performance value with a medium price and is both hot and cold chuck compatible.  High efficiency features and rugged reliability coupled with the low cost of ownership makes the model 4060 a great choice for a general purpose analytical probe station.
