Need a Customizable Probe Tip?

If you have not visited the Micromanipulator website in a while, you may be unaware that you can now order a variety of products at any time through our convenient online store.  One of the products you may be interested in is our high-quality customizable probe tips in the 7B Series as well as the overall shorter length of the 7G Series.

Our 7B Series has a Tungsten tip for general purpose probing along with a bendable shank and tip.  We offer a choice of point radiuses from 1.0um point taper length, all the way to a 200.0um point taper length.  The tips come 10 per box and we have gold plated tungsten and tungsten versions available. We include a description of each tip such as the 50G, which has a tip diameter prior to sharpening: .020” Point radius: 50.0um Point taper length: .080” Included angle: 11-deg Overall length: 1.4".  The tip can be trimmed as needed.  The shank diameter is .020” and available in gold plated Tungsten.

Micromanipulator’s customizable 7G Series tips are also for general purpose probing and offer a bendable shank and tip.  As stated it is just like the 7B Series but with a shorter overall length.  It also comes 10 tips to a box with a choice of point radius from 1.0um point taper length to 200.0um point taper length and in gold plating variations.  On our website you will find a detailed diagram of the 7B and the 7G that shows the various parts of the tip.

If you do not need to customize a point radius or need gold plating, check out our great selection of standard probe tips now available at our online store.  Visit our website to learn more.
