In addition the H1000 system has the best planarity at temperature and a sputter platinum surface that provides superior electrical conductivity to sample backsides.  This means thermal expansion isn’t an issue as the sputtered surface mimic’s the base material.  Moreover the base has a 2X stronger bond than traditional plating and is 2Xs more planar than traditional plating. Other features include the best isolation at temperature and fast ramp rate.  With field upgradeable configurations, it allows you to get what you need now and upgrade later.  In addition the exclusive high planarity, low expansion H1000 is available for all Micromanipulator probe stations and has versions for probing up to 300mm wafers.
