Currently our website lists two factory refurbished Micromanipulator probe stations, a 350PM and a 6200. The 350PM is a powerful, economical probe with outstanding flexibility. It has interchangeable vacuum pedestal stage assemblies available to facilitate probing up to 150mm (6”) wafers, up to 100 x 100mm (4”x 4”) hybrid substrates and packaged delidded devices.

The refurbished 6200 Micromanipulator probe station is the most widely used model by any manufacturer. Compatible with our extensive line of accessories, the 6200 series is very compact and economical making it an excellent foundation to build a complete probing system on. This particular probe station has a compound microscope for high magnification of small wafer structures.
