While the Micromanipulator Company now offers an online store, we want you to know we are still as committed as ever to excellent customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. Whether you buy a product from Micromanipulator or from our new brand, Mechatronics, we proudly stand behind our products. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an online purchase, we ask that you send the like new, originally packaged product back to us within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the item, we will issue a credit (minus shipping and a small 15% restocking fee) that can be used toward a Micromanipulator or Mechatronics product within 6-month of the return. 

Micromanipulator also wants you to know our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for up to one year for Micromanipulator brands, and 90-days for Mechatronics brands, from the date of shipment. Please note consumable products such as probe tips are excluded from such warranties. Also warranties do not cover damage from negligence, misuse, dropping/impact, tampering, exposure to corrosive substances, normal wear and tear, or failure to do proper maintenance. In the unlikelihood that you do need to take advantage of our warranty, we will repair or replace the equipment at our factory in Carson City, Nevada. 

Change your mind about an order? We will gladly cancel an online order if it has not already shipped. Just give us a call or email us. You will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the purchased price of the item or items to the credit card used for the online purchase.
